Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS
