Spectacular views of Lake Champlain and Green Mountains! A short drive from Whiteface, Burlington and Montreal. The property has its own shoreline and dock. We can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an enclosed porch. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also one large bedroom with 1 twin and 1 double. Pets welcome. You will also have use of the neighborhood's private beach a short walk down the street. 5 night minimum (summer 2026). Ask about shorter stays.

Boats can be parked at bottom of small hill and charged there which is only steps away. Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment!

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
