Step into timeless charm at this beautifully preserved 1885 home in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Historic Downtown Bainbridge’s restaurants, shops, parks, and riverfront. Set on ½ acre with a large front porch, the home sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 queens, 1 full, 3 twins). Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, the home is equipped to meet your needs with a office space and monitor ready to work, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample parking for 4-6 cars. Boats welcome.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

Located in the Historic District of Bainbridge GA, this short walk to our Downtown Square features shopping, culinary treats and tasty cocktails at our sister property the Old Post Office.

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Loblolly Haven - Two

Enjoy your stay in Cairo in this lovely two bedroom apartment. It’s conveniently located on the east side of town in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. Several motocross facilities are within a few minutes drive, for those visiting the new motocross capital of the world. It’s only a short drive to Thomasville and Tallahassee, and an ideal central location to explore South Georgia and North Florida. A convenience store and liquor store are all within walking distance.

Katahdin Cottage at Loblolly Lamb. This fully renovated farmhouse is located on a 125 acre working sheep farm. Tucked away within the beautiful Alderman building the Studio Unit is a perfect location to getaway. Located right off of “Georgia’s Downtown of the Year” you’ll be steps away from Bainbridge’s best in every way. The unit includes den-kitchen combo with shower/bath. There are stairs to access the queen bed loft. There is no elevator access.
