A fully equipped, refurbished 3 bedroom, 1 shower 2 WC cottage next to our main house 2 queen size beds and 1 super king bed. New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you. Minimum 2 nights

The home's decor is French Provincial , features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite Sunny open plan living with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of harbour & island sea views. We are not located on Waiheke Island
