Come enjoy this peaceful private getaway in a beautiful country setting that is still close to town and the bourbon trail. The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

The Barton house gets its name from its close proximity to the Barton 1792 distillery & view of Barton rickhouses from the front door. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood & is a 5 min. drive to the dinner train and quaint streets of downtown Bardstown. It is a short 10 min. drive to many of the distilleries and wineries. The Dotti Airstream @ Progress Park in Derby City

Dotti is 16ft Bambi Airstream & sleeps 2 adults. Everything you need is already here. Enjoy your own private space PLUS access to boating, games, & more, all included with your stay. Dotti is our smallest offering, but has TONS of charm. Including a large covered patio with a swing bed! Please note Dotti does not have hot water. Progress Park has 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house. *KY DERBY IS A 3 NIGHT MIN OF THURS-SUN. NO CHECKINS ON FRI OR SAT.
