There is lots to do in the surrounding area, including lovely walks and a dog friendly beach less than 3 mins walk from the front door.

The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions in place on Cleethorpes beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy Paddleboarding, Kite Surfing and other water sports.

Kokomo, unique fitties holiday chalet

At the end of an unmade sandy lane at the back of the sand dunes, you will find Kokomo. Black shiplap boards clad it’s walls, under a gently sloping felt roof, this little cabin hunkers down on the edge of the sea in its garden of wild, prickly, yet aromatic plants that are toughened by the sparse pumice-like soil, and the salt-laden winds. A bit log cabin, a bit ‘Scandi’, a lot ‘us’, this is our bolt hole, at the edge of the world.

This historic chalet is just a short stroll from the unspoilt Humberston Fitties beach and close to Cleethorpes. A double room and bunk room will comfortably accommodate four guests and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Owned by local artist Sarah, whose artwork is displayed in each of the rooms. This is a characterful chalet with a large enclosed garden.
