Enjoy your stay In This modern farmhouse re-built on the exact location of the original farm house from 1903! Relax on a large property along the banks of the Susquehanna River In style. Truly no detailed spared to make this a one-of-a-kind location. Lots of room to spread out, great access to the river, rails to trails walking/bicycle trail directly across the street. Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our Tiny Aframe with bathhouse has everything you need to comfortably spend that amazing night with your significant other. The 12’ x 16’ Aframe has a very cozy, floating style queen bed. Also has a small kitchen area with microwave, stove top, mini fridge and freezer as well as a full set of kitchen supplies. All this is only a short walk (100 yds) from our private lake were you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and/or watching the sunsets.

Whether vacationing, just traveling through the area, or working you’ll have an enjoyable stay in the entire home. It features a large living room, den office, full kitchen, three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms a large fenced in back yard, large front and back porches sure to make you feel warm nostalgic hospitality. Only minutes from everything, you will feel the convenience.

The Squirrels Nest cabin is located just a few miles outside of the town of Frenchville, within 30 minutes drive to Clearfield (grocery stores & restaurants) 45 min to Benezette (Elk viewing center) 50 min to Penn State & Dubois. Located approx. 1 mile back a gravel road, the cabin offers privacy and beautiful views. Watch for deer & turkeys, as well as mountain songbirds. Possible Elk sightings! WIFI and TV. HOT TUB and Pickleball.

Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). Thanks Sher

Special note: You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. There is only one parking spot in the garage. Additional parking is located across the street.
