Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, (just bought new stove/oven) access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. We are close to the Penn Highland Hospital, the Susquehanna River, Clearfield County Courthouse, Curwensville Lake, Parker Dam State Park, hour drive to Penn State, 45 minutes to The Elk Visitor Center and an hour from Punxsutawney, weather capital of the world. There is one bedroom with a full mattress, a queen sleep sofa and a twin in the kitchen/utility room with a ceiling mounted privacy curtain. Moose Creek runs behind our place so it makes for a lovely setting.
