Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Couples Cozy Cabin

The Couples Cozy Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Clayton and close to stores, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, wineries, Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton and Lake Rabun. Rent a boat 3 miles away at Anchorage Marina on Lake Burton and enjoy the restaurants in Clayton. The space: Clean and spacious. Close to hiking, waterfalls, Tallulah Gorge, Black Rock Mtn & Unicoi State Parks, whitewater rafting, golf, ziplining, tubing, orchards, vineyards, fishing & many nearby towns to explore. Nestled in the woods, yet minutes to historic downtown Clayton! House is cute, quaint, & comfy! This is Not a tiny home. Sleeps four. We have a large deck and a fire pit. I love to sit outside with coffee in the morning to hear the birds sing and at night to watch the stars! Free WIFI for streaming on Smart TV. I offer Free Amazon Prime. Close by are many trails, waterfalls, rivers and lakes! Ask about my other two bedroom cottage (The Cozy Rose) also minutes to downtown Clayton.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

In addition to two bedrooms, there is a large loft area with upscale bunk beds, perfect for adults and kids alike! A circular drive provides parking for up to three vehicles. Relax in the den while watching the large screen TV, or listen to your playlist on our Sonos speakers. The deck leads down to a private back yard with a covered patio and lighted fire pit with fire wood.

Great for your daily walks. Community is bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Management Area. 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet mountain top community. The perfect home base for hiking, fishing, bird watching, boating, river rafting, shopping, dining and just chilling out.
