This cottage is the original School House alongside the now retired Woodbank School at Clarence. Situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north up the Kaikoura coast . Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

Coco's Cabin

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Coco's Cabin is a small home on the Kaikoura Peninsula with amazing sea views. Watch the moon rise over the water from the comfort of the couch. And get ready for truly spectacular sunrises. If you're lucky you might even spot a humpback whale/ dolphins. A swimming beach is a short walk away, and you can drive to the town centre in 5 minutes. There is a small bedroom with a double bed/ensuite and a loft with an Ecosa sofa bed. There's no tv.

Shore Break

Centrally located on the beautiful Kaikoura Esplanade with the beach and stunning mountain views at the end of the driveway. Just a short walk in either direction along the new beach path takes you either to the Pier Hotel, or past Hiku Restaurant and Encounter Kaikoura Cafe if walking towards the town centre which is approx 15 minutes away. Easy walk to the playground. The Cottage is small but cosy with everything you need, recently renovated, a secluded place to relax and enjoy Kaikoura.

The Pohutukawa Cottage...Tranquil and Unusual

Quirky cottage completely renovated using as many recycled materials as possible with some special touches. Recycled materials were used from The Art Deco Mayfair threatre in Kaikoura. Also materials used from The Adelphi Hotel built in 1918. Kitchen custom made out of recycled cross arms off power polls and various other native timbers. Modern conveniences with stacks of retro and rustic charm. Enjoy a hot outdoor bath with a view to the mountains and two minutes walk to the beach.

This home offers stunning Mountain and Beach views. Dolphins and seals often cruise past along the coast. The occasional whale can also be spotted for those with an eagle eye. Nestled right next to the beach with private access and still very central to Kaikōura. Please keep in mind this home is a classic kiwi bach that comes with some character and usual wear and tear with Bach style accomodation. Some activities you will enjoy are: whale watching, swimming with dolphins and seals, kayaking, and walks in the Kaikoura native bush.
