It is about 10 min walking from Chatsworth road, with restaurants and shops. 5 min to buses and overground taking you into central London in 30 min. We live just by the park (across the road) which got a great playground. It is also close to a nature reserve with walks along River Lee. Very close to public transport that can get you anywhere in London quick and easy!
