The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

En moins de 30 minutes, vous pourrez respirer l'air frais de l'océan sur les plages de Soulac, Montalivet, Naujac ou vous promener au bord du lac d'Hourtin, à l'ombre des pins. De retour au chalet, installez-vous confortablement, profitez du jardin, des transats et du barbecue ! Le mot d'ordre : détente !

Le moulin se trouve sur une propriété viticole, à une distance de 15 à 30 mn des grands crus classés de St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Proche des plages océanes d'Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (de 25 à 40mn) Bordeaux se situe à 1 h.
