Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Situato a Orvieto, a 300 metri dal Duomo, l'Appartamento Manassei è un appartamento in un palazzo storico con ampia cucina, soggiorno, 2 camere da letto con due letti matrimoniali king-size e la possibilità di aggiungere due letti singoli. L'aria condizionata è presente in ogni stanza ed a disposizione degli ospiti vi è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole nel centro di Orvieto.
