Property located in the valley of Craigburn Farm just near Blackwood, Craigburn Lake and 20-30 minutes from the CBD, Mclaren Vale and Adelaide Hills. The house is surrounded by numerous parks full of kangaroos and walking trails and is dead-quiet at night. The room includes a double bed, storage area, selerayr private bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet with all ameneties. I live at home with my cat although I am usually at work or travelling.
