Cosy, double room in artist’s house.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright & airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for quick stop overs and has use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for dogs. I serve breakfast from 7am -9.30am, cooked breakfast from 7.30am.

Discover all of what Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge have to offer, with this lovely double bedroom, with private bathroom, situated right on the canal. Buses and trains to Halifax make it convenient to experience all the events at the Piece Hall and the ever popular Trades Club at Hebden is just a 20 minute walk along the canal. The Joey Miles Yoga Studio is within easy walking distance. With trains, shops, cafes, and bars just a 5-minute walk away. Video doorbells are fitted at front and back.

The Old Piggery semi- rural suite with breakfast.

If you would like a taste of peaceful countryside we would love to welcome you to our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of field and garden with probably the most amazing views ever. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

This is a lovely, very spacious loft room, with en-suite. There is a TV, desk area, WiFi, tea + coffee facilities, fridge/ microwave, along with continental breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

The Smithery Bed & Breakfast

The Smithery Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of Hebden Bridge, a historic mill town in the Pennines. A characterful grade II listed weavers’ cottage by the picturesque Rochdale Canal and Calder Holmes Park. HB is the perfect base to explore the Pennines, Brontë Country, the villages of Haworth & Heptonstall, and the Piece Hall in Halifax. Independent shops, Handmade Parade, Arts festivals. TV location of Happy Valley, Gentleman Jack, Last Tango in Halifax and The Gallows Pole (soon).

This quiet, spacious and comfortable room has a soft and supportive king-sized bed, made up with fresh, soft linens, a big wardrobe and a professional workspace. You will have access to the shared spaces in the rest of the house, including two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a well equipped kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, bar area, gym and garden- shared with myself and usually other guest/ guests. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, will be provided.

Hawthorn Family Suite @ The White Swan

Welcome to The White Swan, located in the idyllic village of Wighill located within easy distance of York, Leeds, Wetherby and Harrogate to name a few. The village offers a quiet and peaceful place to break away, relax and charge those batteries. This country pub is the heart of the village and has been run by landlord and landlady John and Diane since 2018. Our newly converted stables comprise of 6 boutique rooms each with an EnSuite bathroom overlooking the courtyard.

Charming, adorable place to stay. Small quirky home, located on the doorstep of protected meadows, ideal for walks At my home you will receive a warm Yorkshire welcome. I am located just 1 mile from the M1, and a 10 min drive to the M62. Its a 5 min drive from the Town centre, and just a 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel.
