Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. We have 2 bathrooms just friendly reminder that 1 is shower room and 1 has a bath tub.Wild Mersey Mountain bike track is nearby.

Sunny Retreat at the edge of Forth

Private, comfortable & spacious apartment in a garden setting. Featuring light, open lounge/dining area, queen bed, full kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine. Private undercover car/van parking space. Breakfast provisions and pod coffee machine are provided. Accessibility aspects include wide doorways, no steps and easy access shower. Coles Beach is 300m away. The Don reserve, aquatic centre, historic railway and Bluff cafe/restaurants are all within easy walking distance via pathways.

Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Studio on Nicholls Street

Our one bedroom unit has a separate bedroom with double bed, full kitchen, living space, bathroom & laundry. The studio looks out over our garden and courtyard, which can be used by guests. The studio is separate to our main house located down the driveway in the garden. Located a short 10 min drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).
