Novouređeni apartman s izravnim pristupom na plažu. Udaljen od Trogira 2.5 km. Ima veliku opremljenu terasu s pogledom na more, vrt, roštilj i parkirno mjesto. Udaljen je 5 min hoda od plaže Copacabana na kojoj su mnogi sadržaji za zabavu, barovi, restorani, trgovine... Od plaže brod za Trogir vozi svakih 30 min. Apartman je opremljen klimom, perilicama rublja i posuđa, internetom i satelitom. Ima jednu spavaću sobu, kupatilo, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i dnevni boravak s ležajem na razvlačenje.

Apartman se nalazi na otoku Čiovu, grad Trogir. Udaljen 300m od plaže Mavarštica, Bočic plaža 550m, gradska plaža Copacabana nalazi se na 700m. Mirno okruženje.
