A Lovely Island Home with Flowers - Pansiyon Life

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Bu huzurlu konaklama yerinde ailece dinlenebilirsiniz. 1500m2 bahçenin içinde ihtiyacınız olan tüm tatil olanaklarını sunan yalımızda hem şehire yakın hem de şehrin gürültüsü ve kaosundan uzak, huzurlu, yeşille mavinin birleştiği noktada bir kaçamak sizi bekliyor. Arka bahçe ile alakası olmayan müştemilatımızda bir adet güvenliğimiz bulunmaktadır. Güvenliğin bulunması sizin güvenliğiniz içindir ve kullanacağınız alanla bir ilgisi yoktur. Büyük evin tamamı ve bahçe size aittir.

Located in a quiet corner of Büyükada, this special villa offers a unique stay with its private pier, spacious garden, and seawater swimming pool. In winter, peaceful evenings by the sea-view fireplace in the living room await you. The host lives on the upper floor with three Jack Russell dogs. The guest floor has a separate entrance, and the upper and lower floors are connected by an internal staircase. Great care is taken to ensure our guests’ privacy and comfort.

Our Villa a historical 150 years old wooden building with an unique style located in the forrest, with a beautiful natural surrounding, a big garden with barbecue facilities, top of the hill far away from noise and stress but still close enough for all the interesting trips, consists of four floors, every floor with separate entrance, Apart 2, located on the 2nd floor. The electric bus drives right past our door, Taxis are also available. On foot 15-20min., uphill

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
