The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the center where there is a marina with yachts, restaurants, bars... nearby you also have a local market and supermarket, and of course the beaches are a 10-minute walk away.

Near the Villa there are 2 shops 20 m, a butcher's shop 5 m, a pizzeria restaurant 5 m, a coffee bar 20 m.
