Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

Esclusivo villino in pietra dal design moderno, immerso nel verde tra querce secolari e splendidi olivi. La piscina, riscaldata da aprile a novembre, con ampio solarium sulla quale si affaccia l'angolo barbecue con bancone bar consentirà di trascorrere giornate di relax e momenti unici. La struttura dista poche centinaia di metri dal parco termale Tuscia Terme, 5 minuti dal quartiere medievale di Viterbo e dalle Terme dei Papi. Tutti i servizi e gli ambienti sono ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

Il casale, indipendente e con una superficie di 150 mq con un giardino di circa 5000 mq, è immerso nel verde delle colline della Sabina. La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica, ed ideale per raggiungere i borghi medioevali del Lazio e dell'Umbria. Sono presenti due barbecue esterni e due camini interni alla casa. Un frutteto con circa 50 piante da frutto, dove è possibile raccogliere la frutta di stagione. E' presente Wi-Fi e un impianto di riscaldamento, 3 TV Smart e una lavatrice nel magazzino

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
