With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Zeppelin with outdoor bath (April-November)

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) This romantic spot in nature forms part of a sixty five acre woodland. Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular lifestyle retreat from busy lives since then. The woodland Zeppelin is located near our original rental, Airship 001, but is designed differently inside to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal.

Welcome to The Garden Room, our studio mini-flat above the garage in our cottage grounds, loved by friends and family. It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people, or a longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

We live in a quiet and tranquil village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside. Our studio flat is recently refurbished and is separate to our family home with its own access. There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke hospital and the railway station are also a 10 minute drive. We offer private parking (off road) for 1 car.

There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance.
