Welcome to our holiday home, called ‘Grisiau’r Afon’ (The River Steps) Grisiau’r Afon, Cemaes and Anglesey are very special to us. They offer so much, we hope you’ll enjoy everything they have to offer. Ideally located in the heart of the most northerly seaside village of Cemaes in wales. The property has easy access to the coastal path, beaches and the wider area. Our cosy cottage is a ‘two up and two down’, featuring a large sheltered decked terraces with views over the river valley.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

A full bathroom with a bath and over head shower, large TV in the bedroom and an enclosed private area behind the cottage to sit and enjoy but also safe if you want to bring your four legged friend with you.

Sleeps 2, central heating, shower room toilet, a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the main living area. The kitchen is modern with electric oven hob and microwave. We are just 4 miles from the nearest beach at Cemaes Bay and close to the Cemlyn nature reserve renowned for bird watching,seal and porpoise spotting.

It is a quirky upside down house built into the rock face and has everything you need for a beach or walking holiday or mini break. HEN LLETY is a small barn conversion in a rural setting close to Sandy Beach 700 metres and Trefadog Beach 500 metres. Ideally located for lovers of peace and quiet as well as walking, sightseeing and relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches that surround Anglesey. You may bring ONE SMALL DOG and on your holiday, inquire with owner first (chage for dog £30 short break £50 for longer holidays). The Anglesey coastal path is right on your door step.

Perfect for couples, with its quirky layout, mezzanine upper floor (former 'lloft wair' - hayloft) which has restricted head height but super comfy king size bed and countryside views. Located in a tranquil rural area, just 10 minutes walk to the coast and 15 minutes walk to the nearest pub/cafe/chipshop. Small/medium size dogs accepted at a £25 surcharge
