Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Country Thyme Cabin

Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Little Melrose Cottage

Little Melrose cottage is the gatekeepers cottage to the Melrose homestead (circa 1907) The location is perfect for a leisurly walk to the town centre (20 mins) and the Museum, art Gallery and information centre (also 20 mins) there are many bars and cafes and supermarket within 10 minutes walking. Although small and compact, the cottage is equipped with oven, microwave, stovetop and washing machine. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers or those travelling for buisness.
