Part of UNESCO park, Delta Nestos, Kavala, art and culture.The house is convenient comfortable, and practical, offering a clean and modern deisgn for a healthy vacation, in an authentic setting, close to nature and its well preserved beauties. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Ο πρώτος όροφος της βίλας μας περιλαμβάνει δύο ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και μπάνιο το κάθε ένα, κι ο δεύτερος όροφος περιλαμβάνει σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η βίλα μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά.

Our villa is a detached 3-storey house with garden which was planned and built with lots of attention to detail and in 2023 completely renovated. It is located just 100 m away from the beach (see map). You can enjoy your sea view best from 2 expansive terraces and one balcony. In stylish ambience and fully equipped the house won't let you miss any amenities from home and is so much more than just a holiday home. It truly is a place of the heart.
