The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Centrally located within minutes to all Colleges, UVM Med Ctr, Down Town Burlington, Lake Champlain and Golf Courses. This entire property is non-smoking; including tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes.

Modular - 3 bedroom house

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. Bolton ski resort 5 minutes down the road. Great view of the mountains.

This is a spacious self contained unit with its own entrance in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Enjoy air conditioning, a gas fireplace & a large private deck w grill. Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.
