Plunge into or practice your casting in our private river (Runs April through December). Originally built in the 1890s. Nestled in over 14 acres of water meadow. There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

Whitney or Mammoth to the north. A comfortable place to land.

Home is 1200 sq feet and has queen beds in both bedrooms. Great views of the Kern River and mountains. Ample parking. Home is very comfortable for 4, however, I can accommodate up to 6.
