If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Our immaculate, safe, peaceful, & newly renovated Garden Cottage is close to 'All Things Chico'. Located in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood; walkable, or an easy bike ride to CSUC, Enloe Hospital, Saturday Market, and Downtown Chico. Alumni, Students, Parents, & Health Care workers will love the cleanliness (washer & dryer in unit), and ease this temporary sanctuary (private entrance and driveway) provides while visiting our charming town.
