The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

With one bedroom and a sofa bed, it’s the perfect place to get away with family or friends. Hannah & Olly look forward to welcoming you to the Lodge. Family friendly, we have a two small boys and you are welcome to enjoy the spacious garden and kids toys (trampoline, wendy house, ride-ons, swing & slide).

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.

Lower Brook Cottage is a cosy 18th Century cottage located in the picturesque village of Woollard within easy reach of Bristol & Bath. The Cottage is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .

The Coach House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located up on Dundry hill with magnificent views over the city of Bristol and the famous Suspension Bridge. This Coach House is set within the grounds of a beautiful Georgian Manor House with its glorious gardens and Parkland. If you love nature and walking then there is plenty to explore.

An oasis of calm and seclusion. Located in the beautiful village of Chew Magna, 7 miles from Bristol, Bath and Wells. Only a 15 minute drive from Bristol airport. Chew Magna has many amenities including 3 pubs all in walking distance offering a variety of fine cuisine.
