House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Further afield, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and the sea are all within easy reach. Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Anneth Lowen is a self-contained 2 bedroomed Barn within the grounds of Over Langford Manor. Located in Upper Langford and set in the heart of the North Somerset countryside on the Northern slopes of the Mendip Hills. The property has modern conveniences (including Satellite TV and Fibre optic Wifi), and also enjoys the picturesque gardens of Over Langford Manor as well as walks along the Mendips straight from your front door. We have now added an EV charging point for electric cars.

Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Outstanding contemporary 2 bedroom holiday lodge set in a beautifully quiet and tranquil wooded area. A patio is accessed through French doors from the kitchen, dining and living area. The spacious bedrooms provide an oasis of calm and the luxury bathroom is perfect for a long soak after a busy day.
