This 1/bd 1/ba Studio w/ private porch, almost invisible as it's built into the hill, offers a peaceful and serene escape. Spend your days fishing in the pond, enjoying a cozy fire in the fire pit, listening to the chorus of frogs, or exploring the vast 7.5 acres. All this tranquility is just a 7-minute drive from Trilith, Tyrone, PTC, Piedmont Hospital, Senoia, and Fayetteville.

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Come relax at this cozy farmhouse situated on 4 +/- acres - perfect for pets and kids nestled in the heart of Chattahoochee Hills with walking distance to Serenbe! A large yard for all your outdoor activities with a natural wood firepit beside a dining area paired with a grill in the back yard. Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch, beside a gas fire table. The house is stocked with board games and yard games. A pasture with a barn is behind the house. Horses can be boarded for a fee.

The perfect little spot for your getaway. We are in the Mado hamlet of Serenbe. It is a quick five minute walk from here to the spa, gym, yoga/pilates studio, restaurants Halsa and Radical Dough, and a few other businesses. These trails lead you into nature or to the other hamlets of Serenbe, including restaurants, shops, the Saturday morning Farmer's Market, and many other great attractions.

Our location will allow you quick and easy access to everything Serenbe offers. It’s the perfect house for a family weekend or getaway with friends.

The Butterfly is a modern yet cozy cottage overlooking the Mado pond and new amphitheater, central to all of Serenbe. Enjoy majestic sunsets from the rooftop deck seated around the fire. Each of the three levels has its own bed and bath. Lower level includes a walkout enclosed patio and a cozy lounge for watching movies. Kitchen is well appointed and overlooks an open living space to enjoy the pond and sunset view. Stays longer than one month can include pool pass.

Serenbe Swann Ridge Residence

Enjoy this cozy residence in the exclusive Swann Ridge English Village inspired hamlet of the Serenbe community along the cobblestone path leading to the bridge accessing the Hills & Hamlet Bookstore, General Store and Grange Community Park.
