Bluewater is close by. Wisteria cottage is great for those wanting a getaway that offers nearby vibrant city as well as beautiful countryside. We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

The Lookout is situated directly on the sea front between Southend on sea and Thorpe bay. We have stunning sea views and our balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset over Southend pier. The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. The 1 bedroom luxury apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, stylish wet room, 50" curved tv, free wifi and a log burner.

Shepherd's Hut with private tennis court

Spacious Shepherd's hut with a view from your bed of the Wye Crown in a designated AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty). Our location offers a mix of rural and town experiences, at the foot of the North Downs and the Pilgrim's Way for fantastic walks and cycle rides. One mile from the thriving village of Wye with pubs, great restaurants and shops for essentials. Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

Cosy Rural Retreat with Log Burner

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance). Finished to a very high standard with under floor heating and feature fire place. Your every comfort is assured. Welcome pack included.

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.
