We’re centrally located, close to Chatham, Brewster and Dennis. Freedom Cruise Line ferry to Nantucket at the end of our street. Enjoy the bike trail nearby with rental location if needed.

Enjoy this spacious studio apartment on a gorgeous, clean private pond. Separate entrance and lots of privacy; direct access to private freshwater beach, with a lovely float. The home offers two porches, the screened in front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch for your barbecues with the provided gas grill. FYI, the cottage has a second floor which is not part of the rental. The second floor will be unoccupied and locked. It is only a short walk to Inman Beach on Nantucket Sound ( under half a mile).
