Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Welcome to your Northern retreat! This newly renovated home, nestled perfectly on a privately owned property, within acres of northern land, is just minutes away from the public beaches and local attractions of the Tawas Bay Area, such as: marinas, fishing, parks, shopping/dining, across the road from miles of paved walking or biking along the Great Lake Shoreline. This spacious home offfers plenty of room for large groups, w/a large game room that includes pool/hockey tables and a dartboard.

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

Perfect for nature enthusiasts with walking paths and beaches close by. A short drive to Tawas offers unique shops, restaurants, lakefront parks, breweries and Tawas State Park.

This is one of two Aframes on the property tucked away in a pleasant neighborhood yet still close to everything - minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, waterfront, coffee shops, the beach, and a short drive to Frankenmuth. However, you'll likely want to spend the day lounging in your PJs, sipping coffee, or unwinding in the hot tub (open year-round).

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.

Enjoy the town or other local attractions like kayaking Turnip Rock, dining in Port Austin, hiking Port Crescent State Park, or taking in the Dark Sky Park at night.

Whether you're coming to town for business or pleasure, you're going to enjoy your visit to this cozy cottage nestled between Lake Huron and the Tobico Marsh. This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.
