The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

17th century manor overlooking the Charente

Hidden in a green setting, the Pavilion is an old 17th century lordship overlooking the Charente river. Surrounded by one hectare of wooded garden, you will benefit of a large swimming pool and a nordic bath. Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this place steeped in history. Its large openings provide this home very bright spaces with breathtaking views of the entire valley and its river.
