With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Toddalong Roundhouse is a fantastic straw bale retreat! Situated just outside the charming village of St Mabyn, nestled in the Cornish countryside, boasting beautiful scenic views. With the South Coast just a little further afield, it's ultimately a wonderful position to explore much of what Cornwall has to offer! A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, with off-road parking. A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere.

Only a short drive to some of Cornwalls best beaches and attractions, memories are waiting to be made in this bright and contemporary space. Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends. The sliding doors off the kitchen lead on to a decked balcony with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The large, lawned garden with stream is perfect for children and dogs to play and explore.

Cedar Chalet

The Chalet is hidden at the top of the garden, nestled among trees in a pretty rural setting. With its own good-sized garden, it’s ideal for a relaxed family holiday, particularly for those on a budget. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The Chalet has two bedrooms and a large, light living area, with space for a small tent for an additional fee. Within walking distance of Chapel Amble pubs, close to North Cornwall’s best beaches, and a short drive from Port Isaac.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
