Refait entièrement et décoré avec soin, il dispose d'une pièce à vivre très lumineuse avec une cuisine ouverte et totalement équipée, d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et d'une chambre située coté cour avec un grand dressing et un coin bureau.Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes sont compris dans le prix de la location. Logement non fumeur pas d'animaux.
