The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

On the second floor you have astonishing view of the sea and the mountain Sithonia as well as wonderful nature with olive trees. The village Chanioti (Hanioti) and the wonderful sea and beaches is a 10 minutes walk away or about 900 meters within beatiful nature. Another 400 meters to the beach. Also possible to walk/cycle in the mountains and by the sea.

The residential complex to which it belongs faces the central square of the village and has direct access on foot to the sea and to all shops, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. Although it is located in such a central spot, it is quiet because the complex has an internal garden with a view of the sea, where the bedroom of the accommodation faces.
