The Villa consists of 2 apartments (ground & 1st floor) of the same size connected with internal stairs, 2 dining & living rooms with comfortable sofas, and 4 large bedrooms. Outside, there is a large space in front and back of the house is the brand new swimming pool (open April - October), children's mini playground, BBQ as well as an extra external kitchen and lounge/sitting area at the back of the building.

A house built in 1909 at the foot of Mount Attaviros, which we renovated with respect to its original form, preserving 70% of its first appearance and adding modern equipment for your comfortable stay. The house is welcoming and functional. We are Kyriakos Konstandakis and Anna Giallouraki, grandchildren of grandmother Paraskevi, to whom this wonderful house belonged. Our love for our grandmother's house inspired us to renovate it with absolute respect.
