Close to Gerovassiliou (wine house), airport (15min), boat to the city centre in summer (45min). For a small fee we can pick you up from the airport.

It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, next to Τhessaloniki international fair(TIF), and only some minutes walking from the White Tower, from Aristotelous Square and from the seaside of Thessaloniki. You have easy walking access to the entire center but also there are taxi and bus stations very close to the apartment. Furthermore the are private parkings next to the apartment.

Situated in the center of Sarti Chalkidiki, only 30 meters (1min) walk distance from the sandy beach, Sea & Sand Studio is a ground floor studio and offers a kitchen , Bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air condition and a small balcony. The apartment features flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes with an electric hob a fridge and a boiler are also provided. There is a private bathroom with Italian shower. Bed linen is featured. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

Aristotelous Loft Apartment

Refurbished modern apartment of 52 sq. m. in the heart of the historical city centre, just opposite of St. Demetrius church, on Aristotelous street axis. The apartment has great panoramic views of the city as it's on the 7th floor. Up to four persons can sleep in the apartment, two on a double bed and two on a sofa-bed. There is a lift available up to the 6th floor and stairs that lead to the 7th.

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.
