It's nestled in Beachwood Canyon, which is very centrally located-just minutes away from the 101 FWY and Universal Studios. Hollywood Blvd is only about 1 mile away. Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

This beautiful apartment is safely located right in the center of the buzzing Silverlake area; one of the most thriving and peaceful areas in Los Angeles that sits in the middle of West Hollywood, Downtown and Highland park. Enjoy stunning views of the Silverlake Reservoir and Downtown LA, 5 min walks to the park, reservoir lake, and a high rated foodie community in town that includes restaurants, markets and bars. We are right next to the Swan stairs; a popular local trail for sightseeing.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is 8 minutes away, and Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles are 10 minutes away, to name just a few. It’s a perfect space for a single traveler or a couple on a getaway. The interior is enhanced with numerous windows allowing for plenty of light and breezes. There is a dog in the back house, behind the fence,who barks but is not dangerous.

One of the best things about our space is that you feel you are in nature not in urban Los Angeles. When you wake up in the master bed in the morning the only view through the sheers ia bamboo, trees and usually a bright blue sky. When you sit up you see the beautiful new deck and pool. Life is good :)
