Our apartment is located in the Budapest historical dowtown, just inside of our boulevard on the north side.The building was built in 1889 and it is in nice condition now. The apartment has the highest quality in every details. Equipment: High speed Wifi, Samsung Smart SUHD"65"tv (Netflix,Youtube), Cable HD channels,Washing machine,Drying machine, Iron, Drying rack.High-end Air-conditioning system Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Cable TV, Samsung Smart"40"TV(Netflix,Youtube),High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber,whatsapp, messenger,anytime. The apartment sits on a boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars.

Get a glimpse into the past at this refurbished historical home. The flat features herringbone wood floors throughout, touches of color, expansive living areas, antique furnishings and decor, and multiple french balconies. The four rooms apartment is 120 m2/ 1292 Sq. Ft. It has two bathrooms one with a bathtube/shower, a sink and a toilet, the other with a shower and a sink and there is one more separated toilet too. The property is in the heart of the Palace district, home of beautiful old buildings, libraries, and art galleries. It is just a 5 minute walk from Lörinc Pap Square with its many restaurants, bars, and terraces. Within 10 minutes you will find the National Museum and the beautiful Wenckheim Palace that is home to one of largest libraries in town. The biggest food and produce market, the Great Market Hall is only 15 minutes on foot, so as the riverbank of the Danube (Fovam Square).

Our Splendid Rooftop Suite is a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom fancy and modern accommodation, comfortable for 4 people in the heart of Pest side. The flat is furnished by unique design furniture in a historical building. 2 air-conditioners and window shutters make sure you will have a nice stay. Flat screen TV and high speed internet via Wi-Fi is also available in the whole apartment. The neighborhood offers nice cafes, bars and restaurants and the perfect start for discovering the whole city :)

The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has an 80 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)
