My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. The Royal Albatross Centre, Little Blue Penguins, Penguin Place, and Larnach Castle are 15-minute drive from the cottage. We are close to many beautiful beaches that host sea lions and seals. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.
