The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. It is just far enough to escape the noise of downtown and close enough to enjoy all Austin has to offer in a matter of minutes. One covered parking space and street parking. Small animals are ok, no attack dogs, under 20 pounds. Please pickup after.

If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

This is a trendy, comfortable and convenient guesthouse for spending a fun-filled getaway in East Austin. Our casita is walkable to many of Austin’s hottest spots, including the Moody Center: Austin’s largest music venue. Our garage apartment is nestled in the rear of our backyard with stairs leading to the unit. It's newly renovated. We are walking distance (.2 miles) to all the famous Hyde Park eateries ( Quack's, Curra's, Asti's, etc.). We live on the same property, so you will see us! No smokers please, we like to keep our residence smelling fresh and clean. We will charge you an additional fee if the apartment smells like smoke after your stay.
