Our condo is located in the quaint little town of Cedar Key on the Gulf of Mexico. Cedar Key has lots to offer. Fishing. Boating. Shopping. Restaurants. Art boutiques. Small sunny islands that can be accessed by boats and kayaks. Our condo has a pool and hot tub and a boat wash area. There is a private dock on the intercostal that when the tide is right you can pull your boat right up to. Also Fish cleaning station. We have a BBQ grill and picnic tables available on the property.

Two kayaks are available for your use and a kayak launch is just a short walk down to the water from the front door. The Cottage is decorated in old Florida style and is the perfect setting for relaxation and nature watching. The cottage is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of room to park your boat.

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
