Close to city center and conveniently located near restaurants, I-15 Freeway, grocery stores, and hiking trails! High speed fiber internet, two living room areas each with 55" smart TVs, private driveway with covered parking, and a small backyard. Twin home. Not Taj Majal on outside, but new clean and comfy inside!

Hiker’s Hideout at Kanarraville Falls is the perfect place to relax after seeing all the natural beauty here in southern Utah. Including the world famous Kanarra Falls, which is located less than a mile away. Other world famous sites that are located within a short drive are, Zions National Park (50 mins), Kolob Canyon National Park (15 mins), Bryce Canyon National Park (1.5 hrs), along with many local trails and sites. This unit is located on the 2nd floor above a separate ground floor unit.

Kitchen is fully loaded with Keurig, pressure cooker, air fryer, etc. Garage fits 2 large cars and has large driveway for 3 cars. Grill, propane fire pit, and basketball hoop are in backyard.

This unique, two-bedroom home is decorated with themes of the Shakespeare plays. The Shakespeare Festival and Southern Utah University are just up the street. The home is located near Historic downtown Cedar City with shops, groceries, restaurants, city park and the Simon Festival. Cedar City is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and other National Parks. We live downstairs if you need anything.
