Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.

This suite is a newly remodeled wing of an old Castle street mansion. This fresh yet classic apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably, but will accommodate up to 5. The primary suite includes a queen bed with plenty of pillows and moody lighting, along with a vanity. The second bedroom Has a cozy full/double daybed with twin trundle.
