We have two houses on our property that have been completely renovated. We offer WIFI, laundry, a full kitchen in both homes and private bathrooms for each bedroom. We have several large gathering spaces within the homes to make treasured memories in. We offer plenty of parking and a beautiful front porch. Our property is steps away from the Charlie Major Trail with a sweet playground and a walking path along the Skaneateles Creek that bring you right to The Last Shot and Skaneateles Brewery.

The Point at Eagle Cove

This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with 2 Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with individually controlled heat and a/c.

The Reid-Tanner House

The Reid-Tanner House exemplifies the timeless beauty of Oswego's golden age. Located in the historic Washington Square District, the double lot and buildings were owned by the Reid family, founders of Reid & Company hardware established in the late 1800s. The Reid family owned the property for fifty years before transferring to the Tanner family who also lived in the house for decades.
