The Farmhouse is on an Angus cattle farm in rural Summerhill, New York. Less than 30 min from skiing at Greek Peak, Labrador and Song Mountains. Close to NYSSA snowmobile trails and Bear Swamp for x country skiing. This space combines vintage and mid-century modern with contemporary comforts and amenities. Conveniently located 15 min from Cortland, 30-40 min from Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse, Auburn, and 50 min from Binghamton. This is a great place to unwind after exploring Central NY.

Knoll Top - a bit of home in the Finger Lakes

Knoll Top is a clean and cozy manufactured home right on the Cayuga Scenic Byway (State Rte 90). We follow COVID-19 cleaning protocols. 3 miles South of the Aurora Inn & 2 miles from Long Point Park Boat Launch. Close to wineries, trails & all that Aurora has to offer. Ample private off-street parking, boats & trailers welcome. KnollTop is perfect for boaters, motorcyclists, car enthusiasts & travelers of all kind. Wheelchair/walker friendly. The Kester Homestead is a beautiful Victorian estate situated on 10 bucolic acres with 7 bedrooms, common areas, a pool, large barn, walking trails and woodlands. The homestead is just 7 miles from the charming Skaneateles Lake, 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse, and on the cusp of the Finger Lakes with many local breweries & wineries within a few minute drive! This is a special retreat for family and friends wanting a big home to stay together. We also host weddings & other gatherings.

Petticoat Junction @ Turn Back Time

Step back in time at the Shady Rest Hotel at Petticoat Junction, part of the Turn Back Time cabins at Southern Tier Stables in beautiful Moravia, New York. Just a few minutes’ drive from Fillmore Glen State Park, this quaint cabin in the woods sleeps 4 in twin-size bunk beds. The cabin has a small table and 2 chairs, and a pond outside the door. A step above tent camping, but not quite glamping, this location is perfect for getting away from technology and reconnecting with nature.

This is a newly updated 1600 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 Baths. Both bathrooms beatiufilly tiled, equipped with towels. Paper products are provided upon arrival as a courtesy, once depleted guest is expected to supply any additional needed for their stay. Large foyer, washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishwasher & coffee bar stocked with coffee maker & k-cups variety. Guests will have there own private driveway, bring your toys (boats,trailers) there is plenty of space!

Charming 1830s Farmhouse

Charming 1830s farmhouse. Conveniently located between Ithaca and Geneva. Trumansburg is a short 10 minute drive with access to restaurants, bowling, and cute little shops. Close access to waterfalls, hikes, cideries, wineries, breweries, restaurants and more. We raise sheep on pasture and grow shiitake mushrooms in the woods. We have fruit trees and a small garden. The house is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and play games.

The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.

Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
