The Tiny Home

This tiny home is a great way to escape to the countryside. With one double room and a sofa bed in the kitchen area it’s a perfect getaway for up to 3/4 people. It is a 7 min drive from the town of kingscourt where the tranquil Dun na Ri park is located. We are also a 10 min drive from the famous Cabra Castle. The Dream Barn, Moynalty Village, Kells. Meath.

This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Keogh's Country Retreat

Our home is nestled on 18 acres of idyllic countryside, which not only boasts access to a private lake with runner boards you can fish from but its green fields roll down to the banks of the Shannon River Navigation. By DAY you can take a stroll, watch calves frolic, swans busy with their signets, darting dragonflies and watch as the cruisers sail past. By NIGHT you can sip a glass and watch the fabulous sunsets, have a BBQ or toast marshmallows over a pot bellied fire under a blanket of stars.

It is a perfect place to stay when exploring tourist attractions in the Midlands or going to a wedding in one of Cavans hotels or just for a quiet break The self contained apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a self-catering break. Lovely quiet location, just off the N3 between Belturbet & Teemore, not far from The Slieve Russell, Hotel Kilmore, Cavan Crystal and Farnham Estate. Nearby attractions a short drive away include The Marble Arch Caves, Cuilcagh Boardwalk, Killykeen Forest Park, Erica’s Fairy Forest, Cavan Adventure Centre, Florence Court House, Drumlane Abbey, Castle Saunderson, Lough Oughter and fishing spots to name but a few.

We offer comfortable and peaceful accommodation just on the outskirts of the historic village of Ballinamuck . Our property boasts beautiful mature gardens, scenic views and lots of place for kids or pets to explore. Rose cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom apartment consisting of a double room and 2 singles. Our apartment has a fully functioning kitchen and living area. We are a family ran business so we understand the importance of the little things that may make your stay with us extra special.

Country Lodge

Flat has separate entrance on ground floor with private garden area with swings/slide/bench and parking. Dining area/living room, sitting room including TV and small kitchen with electric cooker, all kitchen utensils. Bathroom/shower/laundry off kitchen. One double Sofa Bed downstairs in sitting room and upstairs has a double room en-suite electric shower/toilet/wash basin and another bedroom next door with 2 single beds. Solid fuel fire in living area and storage heating throughout.

Cormac's Cosy Corner

Toddy’s Hideaway

Toddy’s Hideaway is our new wheelchair accessible studio, situated on same grounds as Toddy’s Cottage and Stables. Sleeps 2 people. If your looking for a quiet getaway or you want to come as a family or group of friends you could book the Cottage & Studio. The Cottage sleeps 5 people. It can be booked separately on airbnb. Situated in Potahee less than 5 minutes from Ballinagh town and 12 minutes from Cavan. A perfect retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life

Killeshandra Studio

The Studio is in a quiet countryside location a short walk from Killeshandra - a small village surrounded by lakes - popular for fishing, walking, cycling, golfing and many outdoor activities. It is a good area for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids), with a playground nearby. This would be a great base for touring around the country, just 1.5 hours drive from Dublin and 1.5 hours from Belfast. Fishing boats and guide available for hire.
