We are located 1 block from Wittenberg University and walkable to downtown Springfield, Veteran's Park Amphitheater and some of Springfield's favorite restaurants and bars. Whether you are traveling alone or with family you will be able to relax in style. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern amenities. The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

Cap City Cozy

Cap City Cozy is an ideal central location with easy interstate access, featuring 3 comfy bedrooms that sleep 6; plus a pack-n-play for an infant. There is a comfortable living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The home features mixed media art. A dedicated office space has LED lit desk for that perfect working vibe. The backyard has a lit deck space for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee. With the privacy of the outdoor space, you just might forget how close you are to downtown.

Charming Historic Ward Estate: 5 BDR, 5 fireplaces

Historic Ward Estate registered with the National Register of historic place by the United States Dept of the Interior. Built in 1820 this unique property sits on 5 acres & is walking distance to downtown Urbana, Ohio. It has been renovated & maintained by professional interior decorators who have created a gorgeous space that turns back time to the early 19th century. We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just minutes from the Nutter Center, WSU, Wright-Patterson AFB, USAF Museum, and I-675 to I-70 & I-75. Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths.
